Hello my name is Tara Palmer. I have always been a creative person taking every opportunity to create something beautiful.  I have been working with my family for the past 20 years at The Carpet Tender Inc. Working hand in hand with designers, creating and making custom area rugs for customers homes. I have always loved being able to bring a smile to their face seeing my creation in their home. Wanting to do more and having a love for flowers I started creating acrylic floral arrangements. Gifting them to friends and family over the years. Seeing how much everyone loves them I decided to create Simply Elegant By Tara. I hope my arrangements bring you as much joy as they bring me and gives everlasting beauty to your home.
